1. Video Lessons

Access:

• Upon purchase, you will receive instant access to your video lessons through our online platform.
• You may stream the videos as many times as you like within one year, but sharing your access is prohibited.

2. Physical Products : Order Processing

• Orders for physical products will be processed within 1x24hr business days after receiving payment.

Shipping:

• We offer shipping via Gojek and Grab. Shipping fees may vary depending on your location.
• Shipping costs will be calculated and included at checkout.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation from our admin.

Refunds:

• Effective Date: 5th August 2025

• 1. Digital Products & Online Courses
  
  • Non-Refundable:All digital products, including e-books, downloadable materials, and online courses, are non-refundable once purchased due to the nature of instant access.
  • Exceptions:If you experience technical issues that prevent access to your purchased product, please contact our support team within 7 days at manager@bahasabule.com and we will assist you.

• 2. Physical Products
  If you purchase physical items such as books, merchandise, or learning kits:
  
  • Return Eligibility:
    
    • Must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    
    • Opened or used items.
    • Items purchased on clearance or with special discounts (unless defective).
  • Return Shipping:
    
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

• 3. Refund Process
  
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return or approve your refund request.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• 4. Course Transfers or Credits
  If you are unable to attend an in-person class or online session you registered for:
  
  • Course transfers are only allowed to friends included in your package payment. Classes cannot be postponed once the scheduled session has started.

• All video lessons are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
• Product images and descriptions are also subject to copyright protection.
