Registration and Enrollment

“You can book with us through WhatsApp or Instagram DM. Our admin will assist you in accommodating your schedule.”

“Simply text us. We offer one class with a one-time payment. If you enjoy the class, we expect you to continue with our package, with payment always upfront to confirm.”

“The minimum age is six years old. Our programs vary from children’s classes to adult classes.”

Course Details and Structure

“We offer Indonesian, Balinese, and English language courses, including private, group (by batch), and company classes.”

“We provide in-home sessions in Canggu area. We could also do the course at our office, your favorite cafe, or online if you’re out of town!”

“The maximum is 5 for both the private and group classes.”

“The duration depends on the number of classes you prefer. We offer courses ranging from 2 months with classes twice per week, to intensive courses that last a full month with classes four times per week.”

“Our levels are Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Advanced 1, and Advanced 2. We cover reading, writing, comprehension, listening, and speaking in every session. If your reading and writing skills are proficient, we will focus more on speaking and listening. Knowing at least two languages makes learning Indonesian easier.”

“Yes, we include discussions on customs, traditions, and etiquette in the classes.”

Teacher and Classroom Management

“You can choose from different categories of teachers. Currently, we have founders, senior, and junior teachers.”

“Yes, we do. We also provide French-speaking teachers.”

“We take precautions to ensure no one attends class while sick. However, if a teacher falls ill, the class will be rescheduled for mutual convenience.”

“Teachers will still complete the full hour of the class. If you are unable to extend your time on that day, any missed time will be added to the next class. However, we are known for our discipline, and our teachers are usually never late. Delays may occur only in unavoidable situations, such as traffic.”

Scheduling and Attendance

“Courses start whenever you are ready and after you have made a payment, either for a Crash Course or a package class.”

“If notified 24 hours in advance, it can be rescheduled. If less than 24 hours, it will be counted as attended. If you miss a class, a video lesson will be provided.”

“You can do so 24 hours in advance; otherwise, it will be counted as attended.”

Fees, Payments, and Refunds

“Dates depend on availability and can usually start as soon as possible. You can inquire about fees or see packages from our admin”

“We accept credit card, bank transfer, and TransferWise, but not PayPal. Payments must be made in advance, and we do not offer installment plans.”

“No refunds are provided. You can pay for a single Crash Course class to start. If you wish to continue, you need to proceed with a package class.”
